Senior F&B Manager: Lead Fine Dining & Bar Teams

Eden Hotel Collection is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining and bar operations, from fine dining to afternoon tea service. You will lead by example, partnering with the Head Chef and senior team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will inspire a 30+ strong team, maintain high standards, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment while upholding Eden’s values and award-winning culture.
