Senior Buyer – Residential Construction & Value Delivery

Places for People seeks an experienced Senior Buyer to join the Regional Commercial Team (South East), supporting live residential developments across Kent and West Sussex. You will take ownership of material schedules, draw take-offs and supplier negotiations to ensure delivery quality and commercial performance.
You'll be site-based across Kent and West Sussex with attendance at the London office two days per week, collaborating with Technical, Commercial and Operational teams to drive cost
