What you'll do

• Provide scientific leadership across RWE, publications, and strategic medical communications work
• Act as the senior scientific partner to client therapy-area and medical affairs teams
• Shape the evidence-generation and scientific narrative strategy across accounts
• Mentor medical writers and junior scientific staff; build the next layer of scientific leadership

What we're looking for

• PhD or equivalent in a life sciences discipline, plus substantial medical comms agency experience
• A track record of leading scientific strategy at pace across multiple therapy areas
• Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on scientific review
• Genuine interest in how scientific work can be turned into solutions that reduce friction for clients
