Engagement Manager

You own the client relationship and the outcome. You translate strategy into delivery, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure the work stays honest to what the client actually needs.

What you need

• 5-7 years in consulting, strategy, or client delivery
• Strong commercial and client relationship skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting requirements
• Understanding of how strategy and engineering work together

What you'll do

• Own client relationships from first conversation to delivery
• Shape scope, roadmaps, and commercial terms
• Coordinate strategy, design, and engineering teams
• Keep timelines, budgets, and quality on track
• Spot risks and solve problems before they escape
