Genpact is seeking an AVP, Search & AI Discoverability to own SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM search across Genpact.com and allied surfaces. You will set strategy, define technical standards, and oversee the discoverability stack.
You’ll translate external AI search shifts into a clear Genpact roadmap, and lead a small expert team to drive measurable brand visibility. This senior role requires hands-on technical SEO, enterprise CMS experience, and strong stakeholder management to inform leadership
