Duty Manager – Lead Frontline Teams & Guests (16h/wk)

Whitbread in the UK is seeking a Duty Manager for the Chatham/Gillingham (Victory Pier) Premier Inn. This on-site role is 16 hours per week with a permanent contract and pay up to £13.86 per hour. You’ll lead hotel shifts, coordinate reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

You don’t need hotel experience to apply; transferable hospitality or customer-service background is welcome. A clear path to future progression exists toward Hotel Manager.
