This is a Permanent, Full-time position with agile working, flexible hours and remote delivery alongside regular office collaboration. The role involves leading projects valued between £15 million and £40 million from inception through practical completion.
Responsibilities
Lead cradle-to-grave delivery of major construction projects.
Assemble consultant teams and coordinate technical input.
Develop procurement strategies around programme, risk, budget and client requirements.
Manage statutory compliance and contract administration.
Coordinate clients, advisers, solicitors and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
MRICS preferred, with MCIOB candidates considered where they can begin an RICS APC pathway.
Project management experience beyond graduate or assistant level.
Experience leading sizeable projects through RIBA stages.
Experience preparing procurement strategies and assembling consultant teams.
Exposure to office, industrial, retail, laboratory, healthcare, refurbishment or remediation projects.
Salary & Package
£60,000 - £75,000 salary plus car allowance and profit share.
5% employer pension contribution.
