Concept Resources are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable facilities management company for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high standards of cleaning while managing and supporting a team.

Job Duties

Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the cleaning team to ensure high standards are consistently met.
Manage and coordinate staff schedules, including arranging cover for sickness, holidays and absences.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Maintain excellent communication with both staff and client representatives, demonstrating a high level of spoken and written English.
Train, mentor and motivate team members to deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies as required.
Address any performance issues promptly and professionally.
Respond quickly to client requests, feedback or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately and on time.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a commercial cleaning role.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Cleaning Supervisor role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Confident managing staff and leading by example.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning standards.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach.
