Description

At Vintage.com, we’re building the most trusted platform for pre-loved items. We help people give valuable things a new life, making the experience simple, transparent and rewarding.

We bring together specialist knowledge, thoughtful technology and genuine care for our customers. By helping more items stay in circulation, we create value for people and make a positive impact at the same time.

Our logistics team is a dynamic group dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient stock flow throughout the company. Composed of individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, we work collaboratively to support various departments and ultimately enhance the experience for our internal teams and valued customers. Our team plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Logistics Operatives are responsible for keeping stock moving seamlessly across the business—handling everything from initial intake and breakdown to managing returns and routing inventory to departments like Appraisals and Marketplace. As a Logistics Shift Lead, you will create the environment that enables the team to deliver those standards consistently.

Yo'll direct a team of Logistics Operatives across facility arrival, stock breakdown, and inter-departmental processing. This involves setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and using shift metrics to resolve workflow bottlenecks quickly on the floor.

As the key escalation point for complex stock issues, you'll collaborate with teams across Vintage.com to maintain inventory integrity while building your team's confidence to handle operational challenges independently over time.
