Front Desk Team Leader: Elevate Guest Experience

Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team at the 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel. Lead, motivate and support the Reception team to deliver exceptional guest service at all times.

You will handle guest enquiries, assist with daily front desk operations, and work with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey. Prior reception supervisory or front office experience is preferred, with excellent communication and a proactive, positive attitude.
