Client Support Administrator

A new role has arisen for a skilled and experienced Administration and Client Support within a firm who specialise in delivering bespoke Wealth Management Solutions to HNW Clients. This role is a pivotal appointment within the office and the successful candidate will lead the day to day running of the office as well as dealing with hands on Administration and Client support.

Your role will be to provide full administrative support to a Senior Consultant and Paraplanner, covering new business administration, client reviews and day to day queries. Your role will be to deal with complex and sophisticated clients, manage cases and deal with providers. You will manage to submission of business to the relevant parties and ensure all information and compliance requirements are fully adhered to. You will act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients in person and by telephone. In addition, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office including management of supplies and the preparation of rooms for meetings. In short .you will be the glue that holds everything together!

The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning and Wealth Management process, ideally gained within an IFA practice. You will be able to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate in depth understanding of products and processes. You will be highly IT literate with experience of Financial Services systems and Platforms. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work using your own initiative. A can do and positive approach is essential.

This role will suit a skilled Administrator who is keen to be part of a highly professional team within an award winning Holistic Financial Planning firm.
