This Unit manager – account manager role is for someone who values flexibility – autonomy – great teammates and a cracking little business account manager role in the North East.

The Role:

• Service exiting tenants in commercial and industrial properties across your region
• Renewals
• Attend exhibitions and networking events
• Conversion of incoming enquiries
• Laptop and mobile for flexible on the road and home based working
• PERM FULLTIME ROLE - Business 2 Business
• Career role – Lots of stability – replacing someone who has had 6 successful years!

The Person & package:

• Personality – business acumen – hard work – transparency – amazing communication – bit of sales flair – cross and up sell – face to face skills and confidence – Driving licence and own car! BrilliantLOW PRESSURERELATIONSHIP ROLE!
• £22,000 basic plus 1k bonus (being reviewed) All expenses – 30 days holiday
