Noble Foods in Leicester is seeking a driven Shift Manager to oversee production at our Leicester site. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a hands-on team to deliver safe, compliant and efficient operations while upholding food safety, quality and team performance.
You will drive continuous improvement, optimise manufacturing plans and coach staff to achieve on-time, quality products for customers, within cost and delivery targets.
