About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Executive in Internal Sales and Business Development to support our business expansion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proven track record in B2B sales (Ideally in Packaging sales)and has a passion for growth through hard work, success, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and expanding sales with existing key accounts.
Handling orders via phone and email, processing sales orders, and coordinating dispatch with the warehouse team.
Raising replenishment purchase orders to suppliers to maintain necessary stock levels.
Learning product and market trends to stay informed.
Resolving customer issues related to product quality, shortages, damages, and delivery issues.
Generating leads and developing business through phone, email, and in-person meetings with prospective clients.
Preparing and submitting sales reports as required by management.
Assisting with the development and implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives.
Providing daily reports of field sales success and delivering Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to senior management.
Demonstrating strong sales management skills within a B2B environment.
Previous experience in B2B product sales and managing key accounts.
Willingness to travel at least once a week to visit clients, attend sample trials, and observe products in action.
Excellent communication skills with a "can-do" attitude, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers.
The ability to work effectively under pressure without sacrificing accuracy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
