Project Coordinator - Refrigeration

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and strategic projects
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across project activities
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports
• Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
• Support governance processes, ensuring project standards and procedures are followed
• Help monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, or delays where appropriate
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery

Key Outcomes:

• Contribute to reducing project delays
• Increase organisational capacity and efficiency
• Enable Project Managers and leaders to focus on strategic priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/MSc degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience within refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technology.
• Background in project coordination or administrative roles (desirable)
