Property Litigation Senior Associate-Milton Keynes or Oxford with hybrid working

A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm

Role

• Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land
• Running own matters as well as assisting more seniorlawyers with their cases
• Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
• Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
• Advising on private nuisance and trespass

You

• 6+years PQE in Property Litigation
• Ability to deal with a broad range of clients
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Strong commercial acumen
