Role Purpose

Crown Cloud AI Limited is looking for a professional and customer-focused Client Onboarding & Customer Success Executive to provide structured onboarding, adoption support, and proactive customer communication.

The successful candidate will help customers understand delivered services, complete required actions, adopt Crown Cloud AI’s technology solutions, and achieve ongoing value from their engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding from signed agreement through handover, training, and early adoption .
• Collect approved onboarding information, access requirements, content, data, and customer contacts.
• Maintain onboarding plans, actions, training records, customer documentation, and service-review meetings.
• Provide clear first-line guidance and route technical or commercial issues to the appropriate internal owner.
• Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, open actions, and service risks , escalating concerns promptly.
• Support renewals, upgrades, and additional services through accurate CRM records and customer insights.
• Create onboarding guides, FAQs, training materials, and repeatable customer-success processes .
• Work professionally across Crown Cloud AI’s UK and India teams while protecting confidential customer information.
• Follow up on outstanding customer actions and ensure onboarding milestones are completed on schedule.

Essential Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in customer success, client onboarding, account support, or technology services is preferred.
• Strong customer communication, organisation, follow-up, and problem-resolution skills .
• Ability to explain digital services clearly to users with different levels of technical confidence.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing, documentation, online meeting, and office-productivity tools .
• Strong attention to detail, accurate record keeping, and responsible handling of customer information.
• Professional English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding journeys and time-sensitive actions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both customer-facing and technical teams.

Desirable

• Experience onboarding customers to SaaS, CRM, automation, web, app, or cloud services .
• Experience creating customer guides, delivering training, or supporting UK SME service models .
• Experience working with distributed or international delivery teams.

Employment Conditions

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term appointment .
