What’s expected of you?

DeterTech is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Pipeline Development Executive (Lead Generator) to join our growing team.

Our Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities to our sales teams as well-scoped booked appointments.

The successful candidate will be proactive and a clear communicator, comfortable in a telesales role.

You’ll be responsible for understanding the customer’s needs, timelines, and buying triggers.

Have a drive to continually build your understanding of markets, solutions, and use that knowledge to improve the quality of your conversations and qualification.

Working closely with Marketing & Sales, using data, insight, and structured qualification to build pipeline.

You’ll also represent DeterTech professionally in every interaction, managing conversations with credibility and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
• Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and operations to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
• Effectively communicate and present the DeterTech solution and value proposition to customers Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
• Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently Developing and maintaining strong relationships
• Achieving sales lead generator and appointment quotas.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2+ years’ experience within Lead Generation, Customer Service and or Marketing role.
• Proven track record achieving targets.
• Ability to multi-task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
• Proficiency in Marketing, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suitePersonal attributes
• Strong inner drive and innovative: able to think strategically about how to identify and target potential clients, and how to position the company's offerings in a crowded marketplace
• Excellent communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate the value of the company's products and services to potential clients. This requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Innovation and persistence : should have the persistence to keep pushing and trying new approaches even in the face of setbacks
• Team player : able to collaborate effectively with colleagues in marketing, customer service, sales, and other departments
• Results-oriented : focused on achieving results, whether that means meeting sales quotas, generating leads, or building strong relationships with clients
