The successful applicant will lead the set-up of a Securitised Servicing Centre of Excellence.
This includes several components:
A potential office move working with the property department or a refurbishment of the current office if the office lease is extended
Moving non‑securitised work to an already existing operation in Manchester.
Working with the operation to segregate teams (mortgage work and Securitised book of business work)
Delivering the solution to underpin the operation managing Sopra Banking for the main mortgage platform delivery. Also includes multiple peripheral systems and with internal suppliers
Implementation of Business change activities
Specific experience & Attributes
Proven experience of working with complex multiple work streams
Able to deal with both business change and oversee technology delivery
