You will develop and maintain capacity plans across Engineering, Procurement, Assembly, Inspection and testing, and Quality & Projects, providing visibility of available labour hours, planned workload and delivery risks.
You will build resource-loaded schedules, forecast workload, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with managers to improve planning accuracy.
