Cleaning Operations Manager

OCS is seeking a Cleaning Manager to join our Cleaning team. You’ll oversee all cleaning duties and supervise staff across floors, washrooms and communal areas, ensuring high standards are met.

You will manage rotas, holidays, site audits and recruit new employees where required, identify training needs, and maintain records of training. This on-site role supports a large facilities management operation and offers growth opportunities within the OCS group.
