Strategic People Partner

We’re looking for two exceptional Strategic People Partners to help shape the future of People & Culture at Ravensbourne University London during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

As a Strategic People Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, lead change and deliver strategic people initiatives across the University.

You will:

• Partner with leaders to improve people and business outcomes.
• Lead change, transformation and workforce planning initiatives.
• Use people data and insight to inform decision-making.
• Coach and develop leaders to build capability.
• Champion inclusive and progressive people practices.
• Lead on a specialist area such as organisational development, talent acquisition, employee relations or transformation.
• We’re looking for a credible and influential HR professional who can build strong relationships and drive change.

You’ll bring:

• Significant Senior HR Business Partner or Strategic People Partner experience.
• A proven track record in organisational change and transformation.
• Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience in workforce planning and organisational design.
• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• The ability to use data and insight to support decision-making.
• Chartered CIPD membership (Level 7) or equivalent experience.
