We're working with a brilliant agency who are looking to add a Social Account Director to their growing team.

You'll be working with well-known consumer brands, helping shape social strategies that get people talking, building trusted client relationships and leading a talented team to deliver standout work.

The role in a nutshell:

• Be a top-level trusted contact for clients being their go-to expert in the agency.
• Lead of client pitches, proposals and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Lead and ensure delivery of creative, insight-led social strategies that connect with audiences and achieve client objectives.
• Work closely with the wider team including creative, strategy, and PR to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
• Being at the forefront on new social trends, platforms and opportunities.
• Keep a close eye workflow, financials, and deliverables.
• Lead and support a team, helping people develop, grow and produce their best work.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Strong agency experience within social media, ideally across consumer brands - this is a senior role, so we are looking for a number of years of experience to match this.
• Proven professional experience in leading social strategies and campaigns from idea through to delivery.
• Confident managing senior client relationships and spotting opportunities to add value.
• Experience across organic social, with an understanding of paid, influencer and wider communications.
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring, motivating and developing others.
