WE'RE HIRING | HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER

UNO Thames Hotel | Maidenhead

UNO Hotels is looking for a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our 37-bedroom waterfront hotel in Maidenhead , featuring two restaurants and bars .

This is not a desk-based management role.

We are looking for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, close to the team and close to our guests - someone who leads by example and takes real ownership of the operation.

The person we’re looking for will have:

• A strong Food & Beverage background
• Excellent hands-on operational leadership
• A commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, payroll and profitability
• Strong guest service standards
• The ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop a team
• The confidence to identify operational issues and implement improvements quickly
• A genuine willingness to get involved wherever the business needs them

You may already be a Hotel Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or General Manager of a smaller hotel .

Equally, we would be very interested in speaking with an ambitious Food & Beverage Manager who is ready to take the next step into a wider hotel operations role.

UNO Thames operates with a flat management structure , so this position comes with significant responsibility, autonomy and direct access to senior leadership.
