Hotel Operations Leader — Luxury City Center

The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations, reporting to the General Manager and guiding Front Office, F&B, Kitchen and Maintenance. You will work with an outsourced Housekeeping partner to ensure a joined-up approach and excellence in guest experiences.

You will develop high-performing teams, maintain Hilton standards, manage budgets, and drive revenue while ensuring safety and compliance across the property.
