A long-standing client, a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm, is looking for a Senior Associate to join its top-ranked Construction team in London, specialising in non-contentious matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction solicitor to take the next step in their career within a leading team, working on high-quality, complex projects for a broad client base.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, working closely with partners and clients across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on and drafting construction documentation, including building contracts, development agreements and professional appointments
• Supporting clients on large-scale development and infrastructure projects
• Providing strategic advice on risk allocation and procurement routes
• Working closely with developers, contractors, funders and consultants
• Managing your own caseload while contributing to wider team initiatives

I am keen to speak with someone who:

• Has 5+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
• Demonstrates strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
• Has experience working on high-value, complex construction projects
• Enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering practical advice
• Is proactive, driven and capable of working within a high-performing team
