Senior Small Animal Vet Surgeon & Clinical Leader

The Vet Service in London seeks an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to step into a senior clinical leadership role, combining hands-on veterinary work with responsibility for developing colleagues, maintaining high medical standards and shaping the clinic's future direction.

You will mentor colleagues, lead clinical discussions, and work closely with the Practice Manager on performance, standards and client experience while continuing hands-on consultations and procedures.
