Trauma-Informed 1:1 SEMH Mentor (School Hours)

Tradewind Recruitment are supporting an established Alternative Provision in Blackpool to recruit a dedicated, robust Specialist 1:1 Keyworker for a secondary-aged pupil with complex trauma and high-risk SEMH needs. The role requires boundary maintenance and trauma-informed practice to ensure safe, functional learning.

You will collaborate with DSL, Social Care, YOT/YJS, and external services, maintaining accurate incident logs and contributing to risk assessments and EHCP reviews.
