Just imagine shaping one trusted Amazon demand plan across nine European markets and turning changing retail signals into clear business decisions. Then make it real.
As our Customer Planning Manager, you'll build an accurate demand and sales forecast for Amazon across nine Western European markets. You'll translate retail, market and business insights into actionable plans, lead the monthly planning cycle, and identify risks and opportunities against business targets. You'll strengthen forecasting with Amazon while supporting product launches and strategic growth initiatives. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2027. This position will be based in our London Hub or our Grasbrunn office near Munich and follows a hybrid working model with three days in the office and up to two days remotely. Relocation support isn't offered for this role.
You’ll join the B2B Western Europe Ecommerce team, connecting topline planning, item-level forecasting and inventory management. We’re collaborative and commercially focused, with a continuous-improvement mindset. Weekly stand-ups and monthly team sessions keep us connected.
You’ll become a trusted owner of the Amazon Western Europe planning process, delivering reliable forecasts and identifying risks and opportunities early. You’ll help strengthen forecasting, reporting and planning efficiency while working closely with Ecommerce leadership, Amazon account and marketing teams, demand planning, Finance and Analytics.
