This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys content creation, digital engagement, and contributing to strategic marketing objectives in a values-led organisation.

Key areas you'll support:

• Develop and edit materials using tools like Canva, Adobe InDesign, and other design software.
• Support the creation of recruitment materials, event collateral, and branded assets.

Digital & Social Media

• Help manage multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and social posts.
• Support website updates and contribute to web content development (basic HTML/CSS knowledge desirable).

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and update marketing campaign performance, using analytics and data dashboards.
• Maintain campaign trackers and assist in budget monitoring for promotional items.
• Compile reports to evaluate impact and guide future marketing strategies.

Internal & External Coordination

• Work closely with managers and colleagues across the business to coordinate communication and promotional needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and with external partners.
• Assist with media relations and support at recruitment and promotional events.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a marketing, communications, or business support role.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web content creation (desirable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Creative and innovative thinker, comfortable working independently or in a team.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and positivity.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking childcare and training organisation that values sustainability, creativity, and continuous learning. If you're passionate about marketing, excited by meaningful work, and ready to grow your skills in a supportive team.
