Miami House is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprises of a mix one and two bedroom retirement apartments. Exclusive to the over 70s, it has some outstanding communal facilities, communal lounge and on-site restaurant.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
• Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
• Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
• Supporting with individual care packages

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience : 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
• Qualification : Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality : Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
• Location : Living within commuting distance of the development.
