Cardiff Control Centre Operator - Welfare & Priority Calls

Essential Employment is seeking a Control Centre Operator in Cardiff on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to a range of calls, including emergency and priority calls from vulnerable or elderly callers.

You will manage welfare and support calls for employees and customers, delivering services across a range of provisions with outbound and inbound welfare calls.

All successful candidates should be prepared for pre-employment checks including references.
