eNL is recruiting a Court of Protection Solicitor in Hampshire. You will handle a complex caseload of Property & Affairs Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts for individuals, families, and professional clients.

The role involves preparing Court of Protection applications, liaising with the Office of the Public Guardian, and ensuring reviews are completed accurately. You should bring 6+ PQE with Court of Protection experience, strong client care, and the ability to manage high-value matters
