A leading Manchester law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role

You’ll advise a broad client base including developers, asset managers, investors and businesses on a wide range of property disputes, including:

• Commercial property disputes
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewals and forfeiture
• Dilapidations claims
• Service charge disputes
• Possession and trespass claims
• Insolvency-related property issues
• Professional negligence and breach of contract claims
• Development and overage disputes

The team handles high-quality work and offers a varied caseload across both commercial and residential development matters.
