This is an opportunity to lead an established Business Intelligence function, manage a team of BI specialists, and play a key role in shaping the future of reporting, analytics and data strategy across the business.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Intelligence professionals
Own and evolve the organisation's reporting and analytics capability
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Drive the adoption of Power BI and modern analytics technologies across the business
Establish and promote BI best practices, governance and reporting standards
Oversee the delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports and data-driven solutions
Support ongoing data transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements:
Proven experience leading BI, reporting or analytics teams
Strong Power BI expertise, including data modelling and dashboard development
Experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions in complex environments
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud-based analytics platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Professional services, legal, consulting, accountancy or similar industry experience would be highly advantageous
