A leading Tier 1 main contractor is appointing a permanent Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a major, technically complex data centre development in Enfield. It is a £100m+ scheme with heavy civils at its core, including a substantial bridge package, and it is the kind of project that defines a career.

What you will be doing
Leading delivery across programme, commercial, quality, technical and H&S
Managing complex interfaces between civils, structural, building and MEP packages
Building strong relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating risk before it hits programme
Driving best practice and continuous improvement across the project
What you will bring
Personally led delivery of £100m+ projects
Data centre experience (mission critical or major infrastructure will be considered alongside)
Bridge project or package experience
Significant heavy civils background with a strong main contractor pedigree
7+ years' post-qualification experience
Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
