Transformation Consultant

Transformation Consultant (Senior Manager/Associate Director)

London - 3 days/week face-to-face (Client side or in office), 9am-6pm

£90,000-£140,000 base salary

FIND have partnered with a disrupting transformation consultancy based in London and New York, who are excited to bring in multiple new consultants over the next year following consecutive years of considerable growth.

Our client's modern take on consulting is a breath of fresh air, set up with only two levels: consultant and partner, and consequently, maintaining an industry leading Partner:Consultant ratio.

What does this mean for you?

• No sales or utilisation targets
• 90% of work is repeat or referral due to the emphasis on relationship management
• Your only focus is turning up for the client
• No internal hierarchy to navigate
• Electric culture devoid of office politics
• A to-do list truly your own: no managing down or building a case for the rung above
• Embed directly with C-suite, shaping decisions as they happen rather than waiting for them to filter down
• Greater freedom to operate at a higher level yourself, better exposure and development
• Partner ratio 5 times more favourable than the average for a top 5 consultancy
• 1 hour a week guaranteed facetime with a Partner
• 1 partner you work alongside on a project, 1 who works with you internally as your guru
• Consultant is a functional title, the real difference is how much of your time stays on the client rather than internal admin, appraisals or the politics of getting noticed for a promotion

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy, having reached at least Manager level
• Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led
• A track record leading significant workstreams, with a budget and headcount to reflect, real decision-making impact, ideally end-to-end.
• Software delivery lifecycle experience is a bonus, not essential.
• Experience across sectors and capabilities, not a narrow technical specialist
• A strong track record influencing at C-Suite or board level
• History of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
