Empowering Social Care Worker Supported Living

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Social Care Worker for our Supported Living Service. This part-time role involves helping adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting, with evening and weekend duties as required.

You will support daily living activities, maintain records, communicate with families and professionals, and participate in supervision and training to develop your skills. A positive, person-centred approach is essential to improve lives and independence.
