The Role

You will join a dynamic team handling a wide variety of contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and other dispute resolution procedures. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners and high‑profile clients, advising on complex commercial and engineering disputes. You will gain exposure to high‑value matters in sectors such as real estate development, infrastructure, and energy.

What They’re Looking For

• 2-4 PQE qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in contentious construction work
• Strong background in dispute resolution processes (adjudication, arbitration, litigation)
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management skills
• Team player with enthusiasm and initiative
