Director of Sales, North & Central EuropeLocation: London, United Kingdom (office based)
Team descriptionNorth & Central Europe is one of the company's biggest and most competitive sales regions, spanning the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As the region has grown, we've moved from a country led model to a structure where sales leaders each specialise in one channel across the region, giving them the focus to go deeper while staying joined up across markets.
This role sits above that structure as the single owner of commercial performance across the region: deciding where budget and capacity should go, setting the pace on forecasting and pipeline discipline, and developing the leadership team behind ambitious growth targets.
It's a rare opportunity to shape a brand new regional structure from the ground up, working across some of the company's most complex and most competitive markets, while staying close enough to the field to inspire teams and help them solve their toughest problems.
