Sales BDM - Integrated Security or Fire and Security

This role is to sell high‑end Integrated Security Systems and Fire and Security projects in the South of the UK, provided the candidate has experience selling both types of systems.

Responsibilities

Sell larger projects and more commercial accounts rather than warehouses or residential properties.

Targets include commercial offices, major sites, and critical national infrastructure (CNI) such as energy, water, utilities, and communications. Clients are expected to require new security systems, fire alarm systems, or integrated fire and security systems across major or multiple sites.

Sales focus on Gallagher Integrated Security and networked fire alarm system solutions, covering access control, CCTV, and fire alarms where possible.

Targets: Not in the first year but eventually selling £1m+ of systems; a past sales volume of £600k+ is considered appropriate for the role.

Experience and knowledge of clients with larger work from consultants, contractors, end users or facilities management.

Qualifications

Has sold both security and fire systems for a BAFE, NSI, SSAIB, or FIA type company. Ideally has experience winning projects in commercial buildings, CNI, or similar projects for fire and security or integrated security installers. Applicants must be based in or be able to sell in South East UK.
