Administrator (Immediate Start!)

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: £13.80 an hour

Contract Type: Temporary (until end of September, with possible extension)

Hours: Full time, on-site

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and detail-focused Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. You'll be supporting the wider team, keeping records accurate, and acting as a friendly first point of contact for staff and students.

This role is covering a period of sick leave and is required until the end of September initially, with the possibility of extension beyond this.

What you'll be doing:

• Inputting information from enrolment forms into internal systems
• Ensuring all data entered is accurate and filed in the correct place
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative requests
• Answering the phone and interacting with staff and students, representing the team positively and professionally

What we're looking for:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions carefully
• Accurate and consistent data entry skills
• Good timekeeping
• Reliability
