5+ years managing software, technology, or operational rollout projects.
Strong grasp of agile delivery and the realities of building and launching products.
Excellent communicator and organiser who keeps calm when things move fast.
Technical enough to earn the team’s trust.
Self-directed and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
