Vessel Coordinator

Vessel Coordinator required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• coordinating daily activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre
• scheduling and facilitating meetings
• maintaining communication with project stakeholders
• ensuring compliance with project procedures and operational processes
• supporting HSE initiatives
• contributing to continuous improvement
• participating in daily planning meetings
• acting as the primary point of contact between contractors and marine crew
• coordinating vessels operating within the field
• submitting and verifying daily vessel reports
• promoting discipline and accountability among personnel
• fostering a strong safety culture
• leading daily planning meetings when required
• providing cover for selected Site Manager responsibilities
• and identifying improvements to Offshore Site Management scope, tools, and procedures
