The Cala Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the end-to-end customer experience following handover of new homes. You will travel across the region, visiting customers at their homes and coordinating with site teams and contractors to drive service quality.
Reporting to the Customer Service Director, you will own customer communications, manage defects to timely resolution, and work cross-functionally to improve build quality and customer satisfaction.
