An opportunity to join a new London office for an established construction and engineering recruitment company.

We’re working with an established, well-regarded recruitment business within the built environment space that is launching a brand-new London office. With a strong reputation across their core markets and a successful track record in other locations, they’re now looking to replicate that success in London.

It’s about taking ownership of a market, building something properly, and being part of the early growth of a new office.

The Role

You’ll be joining as a senior, 360 recruiter with the autonomy to:

• Build and develop a desk within your chosen specialism (M&E, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, etc.)
• Opportunities to leverage existing relationships nationally and internationally
• Drive business development and win new client relationships
• Deliver on mid to senior-level appointments across your market
• Take full ownership of your billing, strategy, and growth

There’s no micro-management here - just the expectation that you know how to build, bill, and grow.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (agency side)
• A strong billing track record
• Experience within the built environment (or a closely aligned technical/professional market)
• Someone who enjoys business development and building client relationships
• A self-starter who wants more ownership and less red tape
