At Andrews Sykes , we’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Major Accounts Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key construction and infrastructure accounts, playing a pivotal role in our continued success.

The Role

As a Major Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with some of the UK’s leading construction and infrastructure organisations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and project decision-makers to understand their requirements, secure new opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

This is a highly visible role that combines account management, business development, and relationship-building, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on both customer success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major construction and infrastructure accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning.
• Lead contract renewal discussions and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

• Proven experience managing major construction and infrastructure accounts.

• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised.
