A leading global organisation is seeking a Junior Employment Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

• Advising on day-to-day employment law issues and employee relations matters
• Supporting tribunal litigation, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and restructures
• Drafting and reviewing policies, contracts, settlement agreements and employment documentation
• Advising on TUPE and people-related aspects of commercial contracts
• Opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, training and legislative change initiatives
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• The ideal candidate will have circa 1-3 years' PQE in employment law
• Employment tribunal and advisory experience
• Strong stakeholder management and drafting skills
• Excellent career progression and development opportunities within a highly regarded legal function.
