Employer Brand Lead: Attraction & Campaigns

Sainsbury's Limited is seeking an Employer Brand & Attraction Lead to scale impact across campaigns, content, social channels and events. You’ll partner with recruitment teams to translate the EVP into engaging experiences that attract top talent.

You will own the careers experience, lead the employee advocacy program, and develop tools and guidelines to consistently bring the employer brand to life across touchpoints. Hybrid working available in London and other SSC hubs.
