Executive Assistant to fashion entrepreneur West London

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-profile entrepreneur and founder within the fashion and consumer space.

This is a fast-paced, predominantly business-focused role, with an element of private support. The Principal has built and continues to grow multiple businesses, alongside a portfolio of investments, partnerships and other commercial interests.

We are looking for someone who has previously supported a founder, entrepreneur or senior executive within a founder-led business and genuinely understands the pace that comes with it.

This is not a traditional diary-management EA role. The successful candidate will be highly reactive, commercially aware and able to constantly reprioritise as the Principal moves between businesses, investments, meetings, travel and personal commitments.

The role

• Complex diary management across multiple businesses and commitments
• Acting as a central point of contact between the Principal, senior leadership teams, investors, advisers and external partners
• Constantly prioritising and protecting the Principal's time
• Preparing for meetings and ensuring relevant information is available in advance
• Following up actions and ensuring commitments are delivered
• Coordinating business and personal travel, often at short notice
• Supporting across investments, new opportunities and special projects
• Filtering inbound requests and identifying what genuinely requires the Principal’s attention
• Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information
• Liaising with private suppliers where required
• Providing personal support including appointments, reservations, gifting and ad hoc arrangements
• Anticipating problems and resolving them independently

About you

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked directly for someone who has built and scaled a business.

You will be highly organised, fast, responsive and naturally proactive, with strong commercial awareness and excellent judgement. You should be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and be able to make decisions without constantly seeking approval.

You will be discreet, emotionally intelligent, solutions-focused and an excellent communicator who can confidently represent the Principal with senior stakeholders.

Experience within fashion, consumer brands, technology, media, investment or another entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous, although calibre and previous founder experience are more important than sector.
